The advantages of failure [MUST READ]

Failure as to many People, is the disappointment faced on one’s way to success or lets say it’s the down fall of a man when he thought he's on a verge of making it.
Failure can occur as a result of so many things like not preparing well for an event that’s about to hold, not having enough information as regards the event, making a wrong decision before the event (you must justifies your decisions before u pt them into use),being lazy during execution process of the event etc.

Many people do think failing is the end of it all, and see any obstacle they have failed on previously as the Mount Everest in their life, thus calling it the name it deserve. Some see it as problems, while others see it as inability to pass a stage. You that think Failure is deadly and embarrassing, change your mind set from now on as its a measure of the level of risk involved in any event. If you always fail, it means you have lower risk involved, put more into that particular challenge and notice the difference.

Types of Failure

1.    Total Failure

Here, there is no other means of surviving after failing and people around would never see such a person as someone they could reckon with. It is simply called Failure on all sides as there won’t be any alternative or help from anyone.

2.    Partial Failure

When someone has been a partial failure in life, he could have failed in one way, but the other alternative means would be a blessing unto him or her. For example, a student might be a failure in his academics but when it comes to skills and manual works, he’s th best in his generation, which is what every employer wants to see in their workers. i.e What you have as skills to offer not the level of academics you have attained.

3.    Direct Failure

Here, there is nothing like accidental failing as one would have known  and foresaw the failure coming. Its like a business man that invested on shares when he did not ask properly on the kind of season and type of share to invest on and he was told that the economic declination has led to fall in shares, whether he likes it or not, he has failed in such an investment as he did not do what he owe to do before investing.

4.    Indirect Failure

Here, one could have escaped failure but there are events that surround him or her which could not just let him escape it. Imagine a student that wrote WAEC, he had been preparing but when he wants to enroll, he got registered in a wrong school where they normally do examination malpractices. During the exams, an official of the exams body caught th school principal with question and the whole school result was seized. We would notice here that he is ready to pass but accidentally, he enrolled with a wrong school.

How To Discover the Advantages in Failure

1.    Your Perception About Failure:

If your perception after you failed is that you can never pass that particular huddle, then you a master failure and total failure with no option than to sit down with his head and shoulder lowered.

You must learn to see failure as a means to rise again. See it as a wake up call to making it to your promise land. Never low your head in remorse but wake up to the challenge and take the bull by the horn. If President Abraham Lincoln did not keep trying and see failure as a means to rise again he would never be a president.

2.    Failure a means to Gain Experience

When you don’t see failure as a means to gain experience, to are definitely on a lane to failure again. You must recount your experiences when you fail, try to research on that particular thing that brought you down and how you can tackle it, get use to the solution you found during your search and never give up on attacking the problem again and again.

3.    Failure as a means to be More Powerful

A quote would always say, you don’t know how strong you are until being strong is the only option you’ve got. Always see failure as a means to stay strong and as when you are on a search for the solution to the problem, see it as the only option you have left to win the race and that the problem must not defeat you again.

4.    Failure as a means to stay Focus

Many times, people failed simply because they focus more on the distractions rather than on their course to success. A distracted mind is a diluted mind.  You can’t say you want to be a successful business man when you are always getting distracted with leisure that is involved in it. As usual opposite sex must be in your business, and if focus is not involved you would lose the purpose of your meeting with the person.

 

5.    Failure as a means to be more Informed

Any man that Is outdated on the kind of information he posses is half dead as he won’t know how to tackle any problems whose solution is embedded inside the latest information update he would posses.

Do researches, read journals, go online for solutions, always store what you’ve discovered and ensure you apply them often. These are the only way to stay updated. For example, a friend that is an engineer who is the only boy of his family would always be facing challenges involving women matters, and the kind of information he would posses by solving his sisters problems would be the same he would apply to his wife whenever he’s married.

6.    Failure as a means to Teach a lesson learnt

Failure could be a teacher to someone, and lessons learnt, could as well be given as knowledge to his or her successor and enable the person to teach the particular lesson learnt with ease as part of his experience gained.

7.    Failure as a means to rediscover oneself

When someone failed in a particular aspect of life, he might see it as a means to try other things which could as well work for him. Self rediscovering is very important after every failure process, if not; one may not even perceive success at all.

8. Failure as a means to Prove Doubters

Its a good when you fail and later succeed but its a very worse thing when your failure led to into your grave and your haters and discourager sees you as total failure. Thus, always learn to prove your doubters and discourager  wrong by succeeding in a brilliant way.
