 Having  big tommy these days is common amidst middle aged men and women. Some say it normal, while most think its due to eating heavy. come to think of something, why is itthat some slim ladies that eat pretty much because they want to get fat are still slim? These are the major reasons such way to get fat cannot work for them. Now let's look at the tips needed by anyone that really feels he/she need to get some fat burnt.

Dont eat late night meals

atig late night meals may lead to indigestion and incomplete burning or usage of sugar in our body that is required to get converted into chemical compound needed for energy purposes. but, excessive sugar in the body due to incomplete usage may lead to th sugar getting converted into fat, thus storing up in fatty layers on our skin. complete digestion before sleeping is the best , in order to task our brain to release some fat needed to get converted back into sugar which we would need during our sleeping period as we also consume energy when sleep.
